Description
Job Summary
Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Server is responsible for providing food and beverage service to guests at Club Banquet events.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Pour wine and beer to guests
• Serve food and beverage and take payment when required
• Check guests identification if they look under the age of 25
• Refuse liquor sales or service to minors and people who appear intoxicated
• Clear tables
• Keep work areas clean and tidy
Education and Experience
• Valid ProServe
• 1- 2 years previous banquets or serving experience
Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule which includes, weekends and some holidays
• Exceptional problem-solving skills

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
